i am pursuing Bsc first year, and i want to prepare PCS. Tell me how can i apply for PCS ?

Yes, from now if you focus on your preparation for PCS, you will definitely qualify in examination after completing bachelor degree.

You need to work hard with great determination and dedication to your studies as per syllabus for examination.

The preliminary paper contains questions of General knowledge, English, Quantitative Aptitude etc..so you have to focus on these to qualify in first stage of examination to appear for 2nd (Mains )stage.

Right now while pursuing in first year of bachelor degree you are not eligible to appear for PCS.

The minimum required qualification to appear for examination is bachelor degree. So, you have to wait till your degree.

But, you need to prepare for examination to qualify in examination.
