How to pursue Ph.D degree after doing MSc Biotech in JNU New Delhi


I am a Msc biotech student in jnu new delhi. I want to persued phd degree in relevant subject with scholarship from germany so please suggest institute option , scholarship amount, eligibility and about visa. Is any exam like toeffl, jre essintial? if yes than explain. Reply send on my email [email protected] please.
