HELLO,generally the syllabus of entrance exam for m.sc. biotech is not so specific although in coaching classes the following procedure accepts for m.sc. entrance-
*60% of the course you have studied in bachelor degree.
*30-40% of class 11th & 12th basics.
eligibility(for JNU) -
*10+2+3(min. 55%)
total seats-30
admission process- *written test
pattern of test:MCQ(total question-140,biology+math+chem+phy).
don't worry about maths candidates have maths background will attempt that part.

FOR AIIMS-
total seats-11 biotechnology & 4-biochemistry.
eligibility-10+2+3(min.60%)
