I am taken membership in 1988-89 & paid exam fees but i lost my membership number now i want to re-register for AMIE Exam what to do?

I have completed Diploma in Electrical. How can i study the AMIE. How can i get the Application Form.

My Name is Sanjay K. Mudholkar. I was member of IEI as ST 178728-8. I have passed my section A in Winter 1992 with roll no.332501. Unfortunately, I could not complete section B till expiry of extended time limit i. e. upto Winter 2001. Now I wish to complete my Section B at the earliest. Please guide me what I am suppose to do as per IEI rules.

HI I HAVE PASSED SECTION A IN WINTER 2011 AND PASSED FOUR SUBJECTS IN SECTION B, MY SIX YEARS EXAMINATION PERIOD EXPIRED IN WINTER 2017,HOW CAN I EXTEND MY EXAMINATION PERIOD BEFORE PERIOD EXPIRED ,WILL I HAVE TO CLEARED FOURS SUBJECTS AGAIN IN NEXT PERIOD PLEASE REPLY.....

I had registered 2010 August. I had completed 10 papers I am not attend two papers because of my personal problem. Shall I eligible for attend exam this year December 2017
