How a science graduate without maths can become a Pilot?
HI I am science graduate without Maths as subject. I want to be a part of airlines as Pilot.. How do I proceed further.

# The career as pilot is highly rewarding and lucrative. Pilots are specialised professionals which are meant for flying various kind of aeroplanes, helicopters, aircrafts etc.
# Followings are the qualities required by an pilot which are: * Ability to take quick decision * Mentally active * Self-confident * Good eye sight * Must not have colour vision. * Physically fit # Followings are the things which a pilot has to keep in mind that: * The comfort of passengers and crew. * Schedule of plane. * Safety of plane. * Efficiency of plane. # The eligibility criteria required for pilot course: * Must have completed 10+2 in subjects Physics and Mathematics. * Must have attained the age of 17 years. * Must fulfil the prescribed physical and medical fitness parameters set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). # Presently the average cost of pilot training i.e.Commercial Pilot Licence is Rs. 20-25 lacs which involves around 200 hours of training in flying. # Followings are the institutes which offers training in flying are: * Institute of Aviation and Aviation Safety (IAAS), Mumai * Orient Flight School Chennai, Puducherry * BSC Aviation Science, University of Mumbai. * Thakur College of Aviation, Kandivili, Mumbai * Rajiv Gandhi National Flight Training Institute * Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi |
