How to seek M.Tech degree in Germany while studying mechanical engineering in private institute


I am studying mechanical engineering in a private institute,and i am interested to seek M.tech degree in germany.Am i eligible for the same or is there a requirement to get Btech degree rather than BE.
If i am eligible what will be the criterias to be completed to study M.tech
in germany.

i want to do m.tech in germany plzz help me nd give me suggestion what is the process admission in m.tech,,, nd plz tell me about how much marks we need to get admission nd any test or directly admission process
