Is it possible to go to Germany after studying in diploma 2nd year in Mechanical Engineering?


hi sir ,
My name is Ajinkya Taware . I'm live in Baramati , dist-Pune . I'm complet my 12th and my percentage is very poor (52%) . But now i'm studying in Diploma second year in Mechanical branch in I.T.E. Malegaon (Bk.) . After complete my diploma in next year , i want to do B.tech in germany , can it possible ?
And what is terms and condition for B.tech in germany ?

Sir....i am studying b.tech final year..(ece)...i came from diploma background.i.e i directly joined in 2nd year b.tech....sir could u please let me know can i eligible for pursuie M.S in germany ..n which tests should i clear? sir

I got 52% in SSC exam but I wanted to do Mechanical Engineering Diploma and after that I wish to complite my B.E. in same trade so please sujjest whether my decision is good or not
