sir I've completed 2nd yr b tech ece in vignan institute of technology and sciences,i want to do internship in electronic companies.so,please suggest me how to approach those companies

if u want to do internship followings things you should do:
1>make a good cv(about ur interest and wat u study upto).
2>email ur cv to the HR of company or if u know any of your relative in that company then send it with his reference.

See there are so many process. I have elaborated here gradually. One thing if there is no on-campussing is not going on your college then I think the college authority has also sent you guys for off-campussing drive. So this off-campussing drive is also a great chance or opportunity to you. So please be prepare for it and I think you will be succeed.

Besides this there are so many core companies where you will get chance like L & T, ROLEX, E.R.T.E.L., B.S.N.L., B.H.A.B.A., B.H.E.L., S.A.I.L., O.N.G.C. etc. For this you have to upload your current resume some websites like :
