You have no need to go for any crash course or online coaching for preparing Executive Trainee exam in HRM for NTPC.

You simply have to do the following to get shortlisted for interview:

Go through the basic terminology and basic concepts of your core engineering stream.

Make short notes on all important facts/figures.

Also practice some reasoning, aptitude questions from any book.

Be updated with current affairs and basic ancient general knowledge.
