No, you are not eligible to join Indian Navy after diploma course but you can join after diploma and B.tech course.

To appear for NDA examination the eligibility is candidate must have passed 10+2 or appearing in it from recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main paper. The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years.

But, you can appear for CDS examination conducted by UPSC after B.tech degree. For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.
