You can pursue distance Diploma from following universities:

1. Karnataka State Open University.

2. Sikkim Manipal University.

3. Lovely Professional University.

Distance diploma are not approved by All India Council for Technical Education. You should apply for state level exam of diploma of your state or other to get admission in regular diploma course. Diploma done in regular mode is accepted every where.
