How to take 2nd PUC exams by sitting at home? Is it possible even on medical grounds?

I have completed my 10th and 1st pu courses with 83 percent and 68 percent respectively. I am doing my 2nd puc in a nearby college(I have taken up science(PCMC)).But now, I want to drop here my course and take it up again, the next year, without going to college,or any tutorials, but by studying at home.Is this possible? If it is, give me the details.
