How to take admission in 1st round counseling?


My general rank in WBJEXPO 2013 is 12636 and i missed the admision in 1st round counselling so,i want to know that when will be 2nd round counselling happen

I got rank of 4169 in women category and 21269 as general in KIIT. Can I get admission in computer science and engineering. What is the difference between these two ranks. I have been called in first round counseling
