To get lateral entry admission in B.E Civil Engineering course in Goa after completion of your Diploma in Civil Engineering course from Fr. Agnel Polytechnic Verna, Goa, you should have to follow the below mentioned process :-

Application Process :-

=> You need to download the application form and prospectus from DTE Goa official website www.dtegoa. gov.in, fill it with your personal details and submit it on before last date of submission of application form.

=> Application fee of Rs. 1000/- should be paid through Demand draft drawn in favour of Director of Technical Education, Panaji – Goa, on any Scheduled Bank.

Selection Process :-

=> Admissions to second year of B.E Civil Engineering course in Goa are offered purely on basis of merit of the marks scored in final year Diploma course. You should have secured at least 45% (40% for SC/ST) aggregate marks in three years Diploma course examinations from a Government recognised Institute.

=> Based on the marks secured by the candidates in Diploma course who have applied for admission, a final merit list will be prepared and admissions are offered in second year of Engineering course. Candidates who applied for admission can check whether their name is in Merit list or not by visiting DTE Goa official website www.dtegoa. gov.in and if your name is in merit list, that means, you have offered admission in B.E Civil Engineering course.

Hello,

As you have completed diploma in 2001 and want to pursue B.E now, the best option for you will be to go for part time B.E or else B.E from correspondence.
It appears that you wish to continue working so going for a part time B.E will be good.
There are several institutes that allow one to do so, you just need to get admission into these colleges. You can directly get admission into second year of B.E as you are a diploma degree holder.

Moreover if you wish to do B.E through correspondence you can certainly apply online to insititutes like -
NIET- National institute of engineering technology ( www.nietedu.in )
NIBS- National institute of business study ( www.nibs.in )
SRM University etc..
