No diploma candidates are not eligible for BA course. The applicant who interested to apply for BA course must complete 12th standard or equivalent qualification in any discipline from recognized university.

BA stands for Bachelor of Arts. The duration of the course is for three year which is divided into six semester.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Applicant’s should be a 12th standard students and The candidates must have at least secured 50% marks in 12th standard. Candidates must have completed minimum 2 years of education after 10th standard Final year students are also eligible.

The Applicant age should not crossed 30 years of age.

The Applicant may get direct admission based on the merit list.

So, being a diploma student you're not eligible for B.A course after completing diploma course.

Why we can't do BA after the 3 years of diploma? Diploma is also equivalent to 12th as per your words "sir".

Yes, you can apply for B.A after completing your diploma as diploma is equivalent to 12th.You can also choose professional course rather than B.A or the best option is to do graduation in the stream which you have already study in your diploma.
But if you are interested in B.A then go for it as study the things in which we have interest not for any other reason.

as per hsbte notice minimum two year course after 10th class is equivalent to 12th class. So there polytechnic diploma duration is 3 year's after 10th class. so why diploma pass candidate can not take admission in B.A. CLASS IN Regular and non attending.

If you have did 3 year 3 year diploma polytechnic you can take admission in BA, FILL THE FORM IN IGNOU YOU CAN APPLY FOR BA PROGRAMME AFTER PASSING THE THREE DIPLOMA

In Pune university, diploma candidate can take admission to BA or BCOM. You can take admission as internal or external student. In Second year, based on marksheet of first year, you can change the college or university. I have did the same.
