Re: How to take admission in LLB?
LLB stands for Bachelor of legislative law. After completing the same course one heads towards becoming a lawyer which is a highly respected post in the administrative field.
Basically there are two types of LLB course are available on the basis of duration and required eligibility criteria which are discussed below :- * First type of LLB course is of five years for which the minimum educational qualification required is a higher secondary degree from a recognized board of education. * Another type of LLB course is of three years available for those who have at least a bachelor degree from a recognized university. For pursuing the same course from National Law University one has to clear the Common Law Admission Test ( CLAT ) for which the necessary qualification is a senior secondary degree with at least 45% marks from a recognized university with age not exceeding 20 years. Also relaxation of 2 years in age and 5% in marks are given to the SC/ST & PH candidates. Generally the application forms for each new session starting by the end of June every year are made available on the official link of CLAT for first three months i.e; January to March. So you can not apply for the same examination for your admission in this session. But you can apply for the same next year if you satisfy the required qualifications for the same. For more details about the same examination you can log on to the link www.clat.ac.in. |
