these days banks conducts common written exams
IBPS conducts common written exams for 19 public sector banks

You have not mentioned your city in which you reside
but there are good coaching institutes in eachh city who conducts coaching for IBPS PO and IBPS clerks exams
You can look in local newspapers for these coaching institutes details
normally they have 6 months course
