What is the eligibility criteria for bank po exams?
Is a candidate having 58% in (10+2) and having above 65% in b.e eligible for bank po exams?

Sure there is no problem in you appearing for the Bank PO exam. Only your B.tech score is considered as a factor. The minimum % required is 60% which you do fulfill. Hope you have pursued the course from a recognised institute. Also you should be at least 21 years of age.

you can apply for clerical post for not for PO post.

The minimum requirement for the exam is any graduate with a min percentage of 55% in which you are far above it.

•Candidate must be a citizen of India.
•Candidates must have completed their graduation with at least 60 % aggregate in class 12 and 55% aggregate in graduation from the recognized University to be eligible for this course. However, SC/ST candidates are given a relaxation of 5% both in class 12 as well as Graduation.
•Candidate must be computer literate to be eligible for this course.
•Candidates must be above 21 years of age and must not be more than 30 years of age as on 28th February, 2011.

BANK PO - Bank Probationary Officer...

Bank PO Its nothing but finding a work in the respective bank after 2 yrs of training before that you have to clear the Bank PO exam.....

yes, you are eligible... for bank exam there is no need that you have to study maths in your 12th grade all you need is 55 % in 10th, 12th and UG or PG degree regardless of which stream you are in... but in Bank PO and Clerk exam you will have questions based on maths which you can solve easily if you practice it daily... there are many books to work out quantitative questions ( maths ) like R.S. Agarwal which is the best one for preparation... just go through the problems and solve as many time you can then you will surely crack maths in no time...

yes you can give bank po exams easily.
beacuase in each bank exam only graduation marks are required for edcational eligibility.

For Bank PO exams they asks only for 60% marks at the graduation level.

So,you can apply in all the banks to seek job in Banking sector.

Those candidate have completed their graduation degree from any recognized university are eligible for SBI BANK PO exam.

They are not require any kind of percentage marks in graduation for this time.

But your age must be in between 20 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .For Sc/ST candidate have age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years.

SBI BANK PO exam consist of two steps 1) Written test 2)Personal Interview.

For written test you must be prepare for mathematics and general knowledge.Also you must have basic knowledge computer field.

Every bank set their own criteria .So it is not perfect criteria all BANK PO exam.

A new restriction has been imposed on the number of attempts for the candidates. For general number of attempts is 4, for OBC it is 7 and for SC/ST
