Can a dentist be eligible for bank po exam.i am a bds .,,,is bds degree can be consider as graduate.

bds is equivalent to masters degree in arts,science and commerce, but in your field its mere a graduate qualification, so any way you are eligible for bank PO preparation.....you can easily prepare for it in 2 months......if you a little command over GK,
sbi has just announced recruitment for POs, last date is around 28th, fill the form.....

No bds degree is not equivalent to graduation so you can't apply for bank jobs.

yeah, madam its considered a bachelors degree, moreover, you can directly go for Phd in allied fields like biotechnology,clinical research.

yes friend you can apply for bank po exam but you need to score 60% minimum in our graduation that id your bds
you need to choose the subject related to your field in the bank po exam

Yes , BDS degree is considered as graduation degree , not in bank PO but for all other exams it is a graduation degree taken into dentistry field.
You are eligible for bank PO only if you have secured more than 60% aggregate in your graduation (or 55% in case for sc/st). Some banks want less percentage of graduation for admission but it depends upon banks exam conducting team.

Yes you are eligible for PO exams,
but its not acceptable for a doctor to change his field.
There are shortage of docs in India.
Even if you want to appear for the exam then
check the sites mentioned by people above

For Bank Po a graduation degree is required with 65% marks.

i have passed BDA. I did not get MDA sheet. Is there any other course and future..?

Eligibility Criteria for Bank PO Exam:

A) Educational qualifications :-

1) You need to have a degree from a recognized University or any equivalent examination recognized as such by the Government of India.

2) You need to have fundamental computer skill.

B) Age limit :-

Your age should be within 21 - 30 years on the 1st January of the year of examination.

Relaxation in Upper Age limit :-

1) For SC/ST :- 5 years

2) For OBC :- 3 years


Eligibility criteria may vary from bank to bank.Please check on official sites for details.

As you are a dentist.you cannot apply for bank po exam.As it is different field.
