Hi! I am Nitin Kumar pursuing Bs.IT final semester from kuvempu university of karnatka. I have done 3 years diploma in sotware engineering in july 2009 from NIIT new delhi. I want to ask what i have to do this time please send me any solution related to my career. Actually i want to do MCA from a Government college what i have to do for this?

Ya Your interest in going to in software field..This is good..MCA is the master degree any student which completed his 12th class with Maths Subject are eligible for doing MCA.
This is good if you want to do MCA from Government college..I know about HP university which is good for doing MCA and placement of this university is amazing...
A entrance exam is held every year to get admission in HP university..Last year all students get placed in many reputed companies like
TATA, INFOSYS, RELIANCE, PATNI, MPHYSIS
and other more reputed companies... so i think this is good for you if you want to make career in software field..I think the exam of MCA is held in the month of JUNE and result is out within 7 days from the date of exam.

If you want to do MCA from a government college then you need to give a test which is general knowledge and general awareness test after this test college or university prepare a result which included your 12th marks with your general knowledge awareness test..
So if your marks in 12th are good then you have many chances to get into government college...Hp university is good university if you want to do MCA Then try for this.

The fee structure for MCA varies from college to college....

It is for government and different for Private college...

In govt colleges it is comparatively less than private colleges.

For example....

the fees per semester in IGNOU is up to Rs.12,200 excluding the elective subject charges...while in institutes such as BITS, it reaches to Rs.30,000 per semester.

Some other Govt. college fees are:

Department of Computer science and application, CDLU, Sirsa is Rs.15,000.

Kurukshetra University is 15,000.
