IIPS stands for the Indian Institute of Professional Studies. It is managed by Maa Vaishno Devi Educational Trust and is affiliated to Lucknow University. No, it is not recognized by state government of Tamil Nadu but the degree obtained from this institute is valid for jobs in any state of India.
