I'm a student of B.Sc. (II). My main subjects are Maths, Physics, and Electronics. After B.Sc. I want to go for M.Sc. in electronics. Please tell me which of the IITs and NITs offer M.Sc. in electronics. I would also like to know the procedure of admission in NITs for admission to M.Sc. Also please suggest me other good institutes which offer M.Sc. in electronics.

It is not easy for a student to get in such a reputed college as IIT is . GATE is only a gateway for this. It is true that most of the IIT and NITs offer MSc electronics but you should try Tata institute of fundamental research or IISC for that . TIFR conducts their own test for admission into this.
Please do not get into the detail like which institute will offer this degree, just get a good score in GATE and get admission into it.
