Yes the PCI approval is necessary when you are joining a pharma college for doing B.Pharm.
It is the standard recognition or approval of the governing body of pharmaceutical society.
So to be a professional pharmacist,you must have the college which should be PCI approved.
Only AICTE approval won't do betterin case of B.Pharm colleges.

for b.pharm college onli AICTE approved is not sufficient. PCI approved is also needed. but it's not that your degree is incomplete or you don't know anything. wherever you are just try your best, try to learn the subject and practical then no one can stop you. but better is AICTE approved and PCI approved college obviously.

you will face these "approval " problem in the near future as its mandatory for some colleges.So why take risk,its better to opt the college which is approved by PCI & AICTE both.

PCI approval for a pharmacy college is definitely a must one.

PCI is the standard approval of the Indian pharmaceutical society. So every pharmacy college should have the recognition of PCI.

Only AICTE approval won't be sufficient for a pharmacy college,it must be a PCI approved one.

u need pci approval for the college so we can get registered in pci . it will be useful to keep pharmacy and to get lecturer jobs
