Is Intermediate from HBSE Board enough to join Chandigarh Police?
Sir, I have passed 12th Board exams from HBSE Board. So, now am I eligible to join Chandigarh Police? If yes, then how? Do I need to appear for any entrance? Please, provide entrance details and at which post can I get in Chandigarh Police?

12th passed students from a recognized Board can apply for Constable post of Chandigarh Police.
Age of the candidates should be between 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation would be offered as per govt. norms. Note that, male candidates applying for this post must have a valid Driving License (Car or Bike). Payscale of Constable post: Rs. 10300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 3200/- plus Allowances Interested candidates can apply through officia link after online applications are released: https://chandigarhpolice.nic.in Selection of candidate is based on Physical Measurement, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test, Document Verification and Final Merit List. In written exam, questions will be asked from sections like Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and General Awareness. |

A candidate must have passed 12th from recognised board to apply for the Constable post in Chandigarh Police. Your age should be between 18-25. Age relaxation would be offered as per the government norms.
