When you say abroad it has to have a name. There are so many countries where M. Sc Agricultural professional are much in demand and are wanted in various sectors.

Generally, when a student in India speaks about going abroad, it is either of these countries- US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc.
You need to mention the name of the country where you want to pursue your career. There are around 195 countries in the world. It is not possible to list the job opportunities available in all these countries.

Jobs for professional like you are available in all the sectors- Private, Public or Government.
Though for your reference i have mentioned the name of companies/organisations where you can get job:

Research Organisation.
Forest Departments.
Education Industry (college/university/institution)
Block Development and Agricultural Development Offices.
Dairy Farm.

I retired (Aug.2013) as Professor(Agronomy),College of Agriculture,G.B.Pant Univ.of Agric. & Tech.,Pantnagar (Uttrakhand)India,after 34 years of excellent carer in Teaching,research and extension. University in India.Taught courses at UG/PG level in B.Sc.Agric & M.Sc.Agri(Agronomy),guided students at PG level research work.Handled All India Coordinated Projects and private funded projects. Yes of course, Nepal is a friend country of india and you need not have any visa or any such permissions to get here for job or studies
You can apply for bhu ug exam and get an admission into the agriculture course . After you graduation if you want to work here in india permanently in government sector you can apply for the citizenship as it is quite easy for people of Nepal to do so, hence not to worry ,
