I have completed MCA. And now i am searching the jobs in the both private or public sector. how to get better job pls tell me about that.....

After completion of your MCA you can try for the top level IT companies like-TCS,CTS,Wipro,Infosys etc. To get job in the IT companies you can go for training in the following subjects:- 1. Java 2. SQL 3. Networking 4. .NET etc These courses will help you to get jobs. All the very best.
