I don't want to do B.Tech as I am a Diploma Engineering student of Electrical branch. I just want to know about the job oriented courses for me to do after this Diploma. Can you tell me about such courses?

Yes, your thinking is right.
B.tech after the Diploma is very useful.

The reason i am saying this is-
1) Diploma provides you the technical knowledge of the subjects.
2) On the other hand with B.tech degree you will get the basic principles and the insight of your branch.

This is the reason in earlier times people used to do Diploma+B.tech but now since there are many b.tech colleges, so students directly go for the degree course.

If you opt for this course, then during the placements even you will definitely be getting the benefit of diploma because the companies always need some guys with some practical knowledge.

So, your decision is absolutely tight and you should definitely go for the B.tech.
