If you have done b.tech in the field of the electrical engineering you have opportunity to work in project design, software, research etc.

The following are the electrical field in which you can do job:-

->>Electric Power Stations

->>Electro-mechanical energy conversion

->>Energy operation and distribution

->>Industrial process control

->>Signal processing

->>Telecommunications Systems

->>Transportation.

Some of the firms that give job to the electrical engineers are:-

**Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.

**Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)

**National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)

**Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)

**Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).
