TCS::- Registration Process

Eligibility Criteria
• All Streams.
• Consistent 60% from 10th Standard onwards.
• Maximum 2 backlogs at the time of appearing for TCS process is permitted.
• Maximum 2 years break in academics with valid reasons.
• Engineering to be completed in 4 years.
• Maximum Age : 28 years

Registration Process and Instructions
All eligible students are required to upload their details on the TCS
Campus portal by following the instructions below:-
• Visit the link: https://nextstep.tcs.com to register.
• The Login Type will be: Apply to TCS
• The User ID will be: *********
• Password would be: *********
• Student registration will be open from ** to **(It depends ).
Please note :
• The year of passing of the final qualification should be 2011.
• Short-listing of the candidates for the TCS recruitment process
would be done through the portal.
• A unique reference id would be generated upon registration. The
reference id would be required for any further communication with TCS.
• The reference id is unique and multiple registrations are to be avoided.
• The students shall provide the aggregate marks in all the academic
qualifications.
• For the current qualification, the percentage marks should be
updated till the last semester for which results have been declared

2)technical test
3)hr interview

TCS Selection Procedure=>

First one is an online registration,after registration you can get a one id number.
that number keep it with till exam results is over.

Imp point for TCS Aspirants is online exam for written test.

and also calculator are also permitted.

online exam is generally checks

candidate in quantitative ability
and logical reasoning.
verbal ability.

some times conduct GD also.
Technical round

final round is HR round.

here i am attaching few placement papers for TCS. now the pattern of TCS paper changed in some places. from this year the verbal portion in the placement paper is removed. number of total questions in the paper is 35 and duration of test is 1hour. the test is online.

if you want to register yourself for TCS off campus visit the job portal website of TCS http://www.careers.tcs.com there choose entry level direct application and fill all details. after completion of registration you will get one unique reference number starting with DT.

the eligibility criterion for TCS is candidate should have minimum of 60% marks throughout the career that means from 10th standard to B.Tech or M.Tech. maximum of 2 years gap between study is allowed to appear in TCS recruitment process. if you appeared in TCS recruitment process within 6months then you can not appear in next TCS placement process.

the selection procedure for TCS is
1.Aptitude Test
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview.

if you can clear the first stage then only you will go to the next stage. some time technical interview and HR interview is done in one table and in one interview.
