Hi

The CDS exam conducted by the UPSC for the defence service is based
on the following pattern of exam:

Stages Question Question Paper Duration Marks
Stage I :Written Examination English / Hindi 2 hours 100
Objective Type Only each paper

Stage II: Interview

with this forum. So you can get the idea from the question papers that how the questions are asked in the CDS exam and upto what level you need preparation for the CDS exam.

The UPSC conducts the CDS or the Combined Defence Service

Exam every year 2 times.

The Minimum Eligibility to appear for the exam is:

Candidate must have passed graduation from any field.

Students in the final year can also apply.

For applying in Navy or the Air force, Maths and physics

compulsory at higher secondary.

CDS exam is Common Defence Academy and the exam is conducted by UPSC every year.

CDS Stands for Combined Defence Service. The Examination is the part of UPSC Services Examination conducted in different centers spread all over the country
