It is generally announced about 4 months prior to attempt.

If one appear June attempt and clears it, he/she has to register before 31st of July to be eligible to appear in may next year.

If one appear December attempt and clears it, he/she has to register before 31st of January to appear in November same year.

Minimum gap demand in between registration for IPCC and exams in 9 months.So, calculate accordingly.

Notification for CPT June exam has not been published officially yet.

But as from some source concerned and Tentative dates

From 4th to 25 April the Notfication period will be valid and In this period you have to fill up the forms.And the application form will cost you around 600 rupees

There will be one pencil mode exam on 5 June 2011

the registration for the cpt exam can be done throughout the year but there is only 2 times in a year that the exam is held........
this year 25th april and 27th october is the last date for the submission of the application form and the exam will held on 5th june and 4th december 2011.......

The date of this exam are not release yet.But this exam will be held in august.So the last date will be coming near by 25 june.You can check the official site for latest dates of this exam.

The fees for this exam is Rs 600 in India.

CPT is basically stands for common proficiency test and is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) .

This is one of the best entrance examination for the entry in the Chartered accountancy for those who want to be a company chatered accountant.

The examination is conducted twice in the year once in the month JUNE and another one in the month of DECEMBER.

The exam is conducted in the peper-pencil mode and the filling up of the application if offline..

There is no online provission for the filling up form application form.

Last date to apply and fee for CPT exam

The notification for the online CPT examination is not yet announced due to some critical technical issue as soon as they (cpt authority) resolve the problem they announced the notification and examination date.you will have to keep in touch and regular visit the official website.
But if you are interested to write paper pencil mode to cpt then i have attached the notification 2011.please find the attachment.

Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is an entry Stage test for Chartered Accountancy Course.

Examination in paper pencil mode will be conducted on :19th June, 2011 but this only for those one who already registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on or before 1st April, 2011...

But still you can apply for next exam..

CPT exam are held twice in year in June and in December.

The last date for submission od application forms for June term exam is 1st of April of the same year.

Last date for submission of application forms for December term exam is 27th of October of the same year.

The fees for CPT is Rs.6000/-.

You may apply for the coming December exam.
