I am sorry to say that the last date to apply for IBPS PO Exam was already over on 3rd August of 2011.

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) conducting common written exam for PO positions of all public sector banks except SBI and SBI Associate Banks.

This IBPS PO Exam is going to be conducted on 18th September,2011.

If you have not applied for this exam, I suggest you don't miss the same which is going to be conducted in another 6 months. IBPS PO Exam will be conducted 2 times in a year.

Meanwhile take strong coaching for the next IBPS PO Exam by joining in famous coaching institute.

The competition for this exam is too high. So, you have to score more marks in written exam to be called upon to Interview. Make your preparation in such a manner.

This year IBPS PO exam date already over.

The last date of IBPS exam is 3rd Aug 2011 .

So you can prepare all others BANK'S PO exam.

IBPS means Institute of Banking personnel Selection,after getting a rank you can apply to different banks with your rank,criterion are as below
* Age limit: 18 - 28 yrs, as on 1.08.2011

* Secured 60% marks in Matric/ Std.10th/ SSLC OR 50% marks in Hsc/ Std.12th or Intermediate/ Pre-university level OR Pass in degree (any discipline) from a recognized university, as on 1.08.2011

* Have to appear for test from a state where you prefer to work (can apply to vacancies in that state only, in future)

* Should possess proficiency in the official language of that state.

To apply for IBPS PO examination,you should have a graduate degree from any recognized university or equivalent qualification.There is no minimum marks required for this examination.

Your age should be between 21 years and 30 years as on 1st June of this year examination.

Upper relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.

as of now there is not having any new notification from ibps about po bcoz it is already over. exam date. is 18 sept. but for clerk is there.

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts Common Written Exam (CWE) for the post of Probationary Officer for various posts in 19l public sector banks except SBI and SBI Associate Banks.

IBPS conduct CWE in every 6 month
For IBPS PO
The candidate must complete their graduation from a recognized university with 55%
The age of the candidate should be between 21-30
There are upper age relaxation for SC/ST 5 years
OBS 3 years...

C.W.E. - Common Written Examination.

A C.W.E. is conducted by the I.B.P.S. as a pre-requisite for selection personnel for clerical cadre posts twice in 19 public sector bank.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Nationality -

* Indian
* Nepalian
* Bhutanian
* a Tibetan Refugee.
* an Indian Origin migrated from other country.

2. Age -

Minimum - 18 years
Maximum - 28 years.

5yrs, 3 yrs, and 10 yrs re-lactation for SC/ST, OBC and PD candidates respectively.

3. Educational Qualification -

* must have to get 60% in 10 th standard
* must have get 50% in 12 th standard
* must have to get 50% in degree level.

Generally the notification comes in the middle of the January and the result is declared in June.

Till now it is not published. I think it will be in the last week of June,2012. Because previous year it was June.

IBPS hasn't given any notification related to next PO exam.

ibps po exam education qualification is as on 01.01.2012 you completed your degree .other wise you are not applicable for po exam.
