NET Stands for National Eligiblity Test and this examination was conducted by UGC Twice in a year - June and December.

>> The June NET Examination was Already Completed and If you have missed the June NET, Then please apply for the December NET Examination, The Notification of December NET Was Going to be Published on 26/Sep/2011. So, Please wait for the Notification Because the Notification was Not yet Published, When it was announced all the details you will get it.

>> The December NET Examination was Going to be held on 24/Dec/2011. So, please wait for few weeks and then you will be able to apply for NET Examination Online, After the Notification candidates may fill the application form Online.

The examination fees of NET Was Rs 450 and you have to pay the fees through challan in any SBI Branch and then you can fill the application form Online. So, If you have completed your Post graduate degree course form a recognised university with minimum 55% marks, then you are eligible for NET Examination.
