i want to get the list of banks to get MAT form?

Please help

Only Axis Bank and Bank of Baroda have been authorized to sell the forms. Other than that the AIMA study centers have been authorized to sell the form. You can check with any of these banks near you. Make that all the details are filled in. Keep a copy of the filled form for discrepancies in the future.

I have attached the list of branches of Axis and Baroda bank where MAT form were available.

Forms for MAT can be obtained from the of Bank of Baroda or from the AIMA on paymentof DD of Rs. 1050/- Online Forms are available onthe AIMA website and candidates who wants to apply please visit the given below address: http://www.aima-ind.org/

1.axia bank
2. bank of baroda

you may go and buy the form from the bank or else there is a online provision also

Dear friend the Application forms for MAT are available in the selected branch of Bank of Baroda and Axis bank and selected branched AIMA on payment of DD(Demand Draft) of Rs- 1050/-.

as Last Date For sale of Forms at Select Branches of Bank of Baroda is on 15 January 2011 (Saturday)

You can get the MAT application form from Axis bank and Bank of baroda.

do not yet come the MAT bulletin (December 2011) at the Axis bank of branch at Mukti chambers,Ground floor, 4 clive row,kolkata-700001.
