there are various government job for B.Tech student in It branch.you can get job in BSNL(bharat sanchar nigam limited) by JTo or TTo exam.

you can get job in ISRO(Indian space research organisation).

Trere are various option in Defence .you can join Defence by DRDO(Defense research and development organisation) or CDS(Combined defense service).
