HI!
I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for M.B.B.S course after passing 12th with 45% marks..

If you want to do M.B.B.S then you have to pass 12th with minimum 50% marks..
After that you have to qualify the entrance exam like:-
> A.I.P.M.T
> A.I.I.M.S
> J.I.P.M.E.R
> A.F.M.C
etc
