there are so many software company which recruit students from MCA. some leading company also recruit MCA candidates as well as B.Tech candidates. you will get chances to join in leading companies like TCS, CTS,Infosys,IBM etc. you may apply for this companies from their official website. there is a link to register your name with all details in each of these companies website.
