There are numerous college/institute around India offering MD in Pediatric Medicine in India. It would have been better if you would have mentioned the name of the state or city where you want to pursue the course.

All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS).
Lady Hardinge College.
Kasturba Medical College.
Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
Manipal University.
Seth Medical G. S. College.
Bankura, Sammilini Medical College.
Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute.
Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences.

To apply for the course you need to sit for entrance examination and you should get minimum 60% aggregate marks from any recognised University/Institute.
