Yes, you can get admission to study MBBS/BDS if secured 73.689% in 12th and 2278 category rank in NEET-UG.
Candidate who have secured more than 500 marks will get admission in BDS or MBBS easily.
Expected cut-off marks :
General : 350
OBC : 300
SC : 280
ST : 280

The possibility of admission depends upon the cutoff marks or the rank.

And, no one can determine the actual cutoff marks or rank before the result comes out.

it solely depends upon the following factors :

* The demand of the course.
* The number of seats available.
* The number of applications came for the course.

So, you will know it once you attend the counseling.
