Since you have qualified +2 level of examination and want to pursue chartered accountancy course, you will have to first of all qualify Common Proficiency Test to be considered eligible for the course.

ICAI is the regulatory authority who look out for development of profession of Charted Accountant in India. Thus ICAI is the sole institution through one can pursue Charted Accountant course.
