I want to know whether top colleges will accept candidates with poor academic records like multiple attempts in +2 and Graduation and good score in PG and GMAT/CAT with very good work experience?

i have 75% marks in 12th with PCB then in which college there is possibility for B,tech. in elcetronics and information .
