Hey, i know its quite difficult but im not sure as to which university i should be looking at, im interested in civil engineering, and im looking at Manipal at the moment. Ive done IB and im graduating in June, and im an NRI, also if its not asking too much, can you please give me a list of universities or colleges that specialize in civil engineering??
