I did my M.TECH(IT) through distance education from KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY,MYSORE. I want to know is this degree from K.S.O.U,MYSORE apporved by AICTE.

kindly suggest me.

The M.Tech (Information Technology) or any other technical program offered by Karnataka State Open University is not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The courses offered by the university are recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC).
Programs offered through distance mode by the university, are approved by the Distance Education Council of India.
