sir,i got 54 mark,644 score in gate2011(EC)..will i get any iit for m.tech/ph.d/ms etc????

Sir, i scored 27.67 marks in gate with 335 gate score from EC,can i get gud government colleges,i come under OBC,
give me sum idea about gud colleges where i can apply....
