I am an ARTS student and ,I just finished my 11th can i just shift my college from my current to another college?
From Bihar(11th) to Maharashtra(12th).

Yes, you can change school after 11th standard and study 12th in different school if school gives you migration certificate/ transfer certificate.

You can change schools but there are some strong reasons behind them you can check eligibility criteria by visiting cbse website.

You change then some general reason, transfer of parents, shifting of house any illness etc.
