Yes dear,it is necessary to complete your course with pg as well.
And this is important because you have already applied for an integrated course,so you can't change your mood in the middle,and in case if you did so,it results in your incomplete graduation and you will be simply not rewarded with your degree.
It is just similar as if someone has applied for b.tech and after completing 3 years asking to release himself/herself from the same,and thinking that he/she will be given a degree of b.tech.It is not possible for sure.
Simply integrated courses are the package of UG as well as PG,so people have to simply complete it to achieve a degree.So enjoy and take a chill pill dude !!!
