How many marks we need for admission in engineering collage? Please tell me that for open admission & for obc student. If he/she have 145 marks in pcm did he/she get admission?

approximately marks is needed to get good engineering colleges is 170 or 180.
if you have 145 then you still get some private college but that will be reputed

Can i get admission in 2nd yr diploma in civil engineering. I have completed 12th i got 41% in pcm and 48% overall. I have taken I.T and biology in 12th
