I fill my MAT feb2010 registration form on 14th,dec2010. But due to technical problem occured in computer it got exit from window. My registration is complete but I don't know my registration what do I do?

hey i applied for MAT feb 2013 online and sent the filled form through post the problem is i didn't take a photocopy of that form so i dont know my register number how should i get my admit card now plz help:-(
