what is the max salary for unit manager and whether it is fixed and unit managers are liable to get deduction of pf and do they get pay slep

The post of Unit manager exist in many companies both in government as well as private companies. As you have not mentioned the name of the firm whose unit managers salary you wish to know so its not possible to let you know. As per PF deductions and salary slip, if the company is registered and has employees then it has to deduct the PF and also it has to provide the salary slip. Please bear in mind that if the company is too small and has 2 or 3 employees then it is not necessary to deduct the PF.
