Is MBA a good idea after English Honours? Explain why and how?

I am in 1st yr of my bachelors degree which is eng hons, i took up commerce in my 11th and 12th.Now i feel that maybe english might not be a good field for me. I have quite a lot of career anxiety of what i would do in the future.Right now I’m thinking of journalism or mba.If i feel by the end of 2nd yr that this is the field i want to go in then I’ll choose journalism and if i feel that this is not what im interested in and if i would still be confused regarding my career then I’d like go pursue MBA and get back to my commerce background. Will it be good for me to do MBA after eng(hons)? Please explain why and how?

-Communication skills and a knack for storytelling
-Creativity and Thinking Out of the Box
-Research ability and Critical Analysis
-Flexible approach to work
-Inter-personal and Networking skills
-Commitment to work against deadlines
***Opportunities that one has in journalism and mass media:

-Newspapers and magazines
-Government Media Departments
-TV channels
-Lecturers/Professors of Media Studies
